I discovered Tosaka Ramen Bar while wandering around Northbridge and was instantly intrigued by the line of people waiting at the entrance. I ordered the Black Garlic Tori Paitan Ramen for AUD 26.50, and it did not disappoint. The broth was rich and flavorful, with that authentic, creamy texture you'd expect from a good tori paitan. The portion was generous enough to leave me full and satisfied. The place itself has a cozy vibe, the staffs were friendly, and even the restroom was clean and well-maintained. They say it’s one of the best ramen spots in Perth, and I’d have to agree. Totally worth the visit if you're a ramen lover.
