Fat Fish Ramen (BRAND)

Extremely disappointing service . Used to enjoy eating here despite the extreme wait times at specific times. My ramen was served with the incorrect noodles and staff insisted that I said my order wrong even though I showed them the order list I made in the notes app (with the noodles I asked for) which I read from as I ordered. When I asked if there was any way they could replace the noodles, they simply restated that they thought I was the one who made the mistake. When I insisted that I knew which noodles I ordered, one staff member said “Well I don’t want to call you a liar” (obviously implying that I was lying). I decided to let it go as it wasn’t worth further confrontation however I am certain they made the mistake and they preferred to call me a liar rather than admit to their superiors that they made a mistake, as they chose not to give any details when questioned by the chef.

Great little 'miso' ramen , (not tonkotsu guys) restaurant set in empire village shops Citybeach. The service was warm and friendly. The miso ramen was a strong flavoured soup with lots of topping options, loved the cha shu and their own chilli oil topping.

Service was pretty quick. Food was average, didn’t meet my expectation - I thought it would be great from the pics. Toppings were cabbage, mixed salad - something different which was good to give fusion style (maybe) but didn’t give any flavour for ramen. Miso ramen was plain and common miso soup that I could prepare by myself. Other ramen places have better miso ramen. Overall chicken ramen and beef miso ramen were just ok.
