I got the dipping ramen tsukemen and it was really nice. It was a bit salty in a good way. it was super filling. I loved the noodles and meat. The gyozas were nice and a the sauce was a bit chilli. The karrage was just okay though not too flavourful.
The ramen here is absolutely amazing. The tsukemen or dipping ramen has such a deep sophisticated flavour and the ramen noodles hold onto the thick soup so well. The Tokyo style shout ramen is lighter and the broth is clear yet also very flavourful. Plenty of seating. The potato croquettes were freshly fried and the outside was crunchy and the inside filling was so fluffy. The fried chicken here is also really really juicy and crunchy. The egg in the ramen is always perfect. High chairs are available and also self serve water
The food was amazing. One of the best ramens I have tried. The atmosphere of this little cozy shop made the cold day feel warm and bright. The staff were very friendly and guided us along the way on how to order. Definitely returning to try other menu items!
