Snow Monkey Ramen (FOOTSCRAY)

A small ramen shop packing a flavourful punch. I really enjoyed all the dishes I had, and on top of that, their attention to customer service is praise worthy. My mate is vegan, and they made sure to change the egg noodles to rice. I also took their cute shopping bag home. All in all it was a worth it trip.

Yummy. Only 2 shops in Melbourne. The shop was busy on a big delivery order when we arrived. We took the bar service and witnessed the preparation process. I liked mine. It's the signature ramen but I like my daughter's more. It has lot of crunchy shrimps.

2nd time eating here and we love their ramen! I like flavorful and thick soup ramen and it meets our expectations. 1st visit - I got their black garlic ramen and the lobster bisque ramen which my partner got. 2nd visit - I got the tonkotsu ramen while my partner had the spicy miso ramen. Ratings of their ramen so far based on our liking: 1. Black garlic ramen (I don’t know why this is my top 1 but I guess the thick soup and the garlic flavor!) 2. Lobster bisque ramen (unique which u wud want to try once for experience) 3. Tonkotsu ramen (simple yet satisfying) 4. Spicy miso ramen (ramen’s ok but the spiciness level and saltiness is a bit too much for us) Pics below for reference! Above all, kudos to their staff named Gabin who has a very welcoming smile on her face as she serves every customer. Plus, there’s a bit of a “situation” in the restaurant today but she went to each customer’s table to assure us that everything’s under control and we don’t have to worry about something. Her highly emotional intelligence and customer service is exceptional! Pls give her a raise if you can as she deserves it! ⭐️ This is the kind of service that a customer appreciates apart from the food quality and would give us more reason to come back again!
