Okami Japanese Restaurant (FOOTSCRAY)

For $39.80pp, it felt like the service was a little slow 🍢🍨 We were not aware that we could order smaller portions of the dishes so instead of 6 spring rolls or 6 gyozas, we can ask for 2 pieces only. We ended up ordering too much for 3 people to eat and not being able to explore the whole menu. The only memorable item from their menu was their matcha ice cream and chicken katsu!

The food is well made, worth $41 each, what should be improved, Wasabi wanted better.

@okamirestaurant 📍 I have always been curious about Okami AYCE - there are several stores across melb and it’s usually v busy. it was pleasing to see that it’s an all you can eat prepared to order and u can order as many unlimited dishes as you like! the feast includes a decent variety of food- we loved the gyoza, Takoyaki, udon curry, tempura and all the fried things 😂✨🫶🏻 Some dishes stood out more that others. dessert was also a winner! Black sesame and green tea ice cream- and a red bean matcha fish cake! Desserts are not unlimited tho! Drinks are extra. It’s approx $40ish per person for food! 🫶🏻😎 Service was so lovely!
