Shingeki Yakiniku (TASMANIA)

The experience was amazing and we would highly recommend this place. The meat was amazing and the price reasonable. Things I did not like was the seating and the waitress assumed we had been there before and how things worked. We did not enjoy the Japanese fried calamari skewer. We definitely will be back.

Getting straight to the point, this place is definitely good for its price. Paid around 200$ for 5 people with a good amount of food. Meat is cooked by ourselves, which is expected and the meat quality is quite good. The downside is that there is a very limited meat section, and other than meat, there are not a lot of other food options. Service was okay, but I hadn't really interacted with them except when I asked for a spoon and the girl working there just looked at me and pointed to the spoons at the front desk.

I am from Sydney , came here on a weekend getaway with the boys for a special occasion. Undoubtedly, one of the best Japanese bbq I ever been to. I made a request for a private function room. That was offered . The service was exceptional. All the staff were exceptional. They were so friendly , helpful and genuine. The food was very fresh . Whatever that was not available, they would personally give me an explanation before going back to the kitchen. We been to multiple Japanese BBQ in Sydney. I must say this is one of the best within recent memory! Thank you Shingeki Yakiniku Hobart . We will be back very soon.
