An authentic Japanese restaurant with amazing food! The staff are always so kind and welcoming. I love everything on the menu, but the sashimi is definitely my favourite. There are times when it’s not perfect, but even then, it’s still the best. And don’t forget to have mochi with green tea ice cream after your meal—it’s the perfect way to end! Always a great experience dining here!
Salmon Zukushi 😊 Making the most of delicious Tasmanian salmon. Fresh and great taste that worth the price. Looking forward to try other dishes as well. 🤔 I know it's hard in Australia, but with this level of tasty salmon, a 'real' wasabi would have been so good with it.
Found truely authentic Japanese restaurant in Hobart at last. Run by native Japanese, the restaurant offers values for money. Salmon sushi and sashimi are a lot fresher than what we eat in Melbourne and Sydney. Tempura Moriawase was done very well. You can enjoy a cleverly constructed few different salmon sushi in Salmon Zukushi. Loved it.
