Highly recommend. Ramen was delicious and rich - noodles were silky and chashu was very tasty! They age their own soy for the shoyu ramen. Gyoza were crispy and juicy too!
would’ve loved to give this place a better rating but unfortunately the ramen just wasn’t very good. pretty watery broth snd the egg was overcooked. lotus chips were great and service was really lovely too. our orders got mixed up and was rectified immediately.
Lovely new ramen joint. Lovely friendly owners. Chef makes his own noodles from scratch and you can tell. Presentation and taste is on point. Do know that this is a slightly different style/delivery than you get at the bigger chains. But I really appreciated it all.
