Hakata Gensuke Chicken Ramen (BRAND)

The ramen soup has a rich and flavorful taste, and there is a great variety of ramen options to choose from. One thing I really appreciate is that you can customize the noodle texture, whether you prefer it soft or firm. What makes this place special is that they use chicken instead of pork, which helps reduce the oily aftertaste at the end of the meal. I really like this aspect. The only downside is the limited space, which means you may have to wait for a table. We arrived at 9 PM and still had to wait around 10 minutes before being seated.

My husband and I really enjoyed the ramen we ate there, and in every spoon we put on our mouth it was like we were eating raw chicken as the flavour is very authentic and strong. Haha We had a great experience there.

Only ramen shop that opens past 8:30pm. Visited as I finished work late this Friday. My partner and I visited Vic Park Hakata Gensuke but didn’t have the best experience. Ordered here without realising its Chicken Ramen only. Ordered the popular menu and was taken aback. Was quite flavourful and good mixture of combinations. If you are not into the heavy pork ramen, give this chicken ramen a try. Would revisit another day
