pretty decent ramen shop in ginza nana alley ! the chashu was really good, and the broth was satisfyingly salty with chunks of fat noodles were a bit too hard for my liking though, i'd prefer them a bit more cooked. gyoza was decent but expensive for the $8 price tag, and not as crispy as i would have hoped :[ it was interesting with the seating facing the kitchen, really reminds me of japan ! service was also friendly, no complaints !! overall not a bad place to satisfy your ramen cravings, but perhaps not somewhere i would come again
Big meal for the price! And super friendly staff :) Noodles on the firm side. And soup is super tasty but can feel salty in the end. But overall, its a good place to get your ramen fill. 😁
Easily the best damn ramen in Perth. I’ve been three times this month which, in relationship terms, means we’re practically engaged. Going back today because nothing says “I’ve lost control of my life in the tastiest way possible” like slurping broth so good it makes you question every decision that didn’t lead to this moment. If soul-healing soup was a crime, this place would be doing life without parole.
Had an amazing dinner tonight at this hidden gem of a yokocho-style Japanese eatery—truly one of a kind in the Perth food scene! The grilled unagi don was beautifully done, the kushiyaki skewers full of flavour, and the sake selection just right. The atmosphere transports you straight to a lively alleyway in Japan, and the warm welcome at the door set the tone for a great evening. One small suggestion—while I would’ve loved to try the ramen from the stall next to the yakitori and finish off with dessert from the bar, it was a bit tricky since each seems to operate separately. It would be fantastic if customers could order from all the different vendors in Ginza Nana Alley to enjoy everything at the same table. That would really elevate the experience! Still, a standout spot I’ll definitely be returning to—and recommending to friends.
The experience and atmosphere is really you're in one of the food alleys in Japan , the Mitsuya Ramen have a counter like Ramen shop in Japan. Bit pricey but okay.
You don't need a plane ticket to Japan to experience authentic alleyway food! This place brings together 5 different Japanese stalls in one spot, offering a real taste of Tokyo street food. On Friday night, I tried the ramen and it definitely hit the spot. The pork was fresh and tender, and the broth had that classic Japanese flavour, though maybe a bit salty for my liking. Beverages at the vending machine is interesting. Be prepared to wait, though! The venue is small and the lines can get long. I queued for over an hour for my ramen, and ended up skipping the other stalls because the wait times were just as crazy. Not going to wait for another hour. Despite the crowds, the staff were super friendly and attentive, which made the experience more enjoyable.
