Rice Workshop (DANDENONG)

Food is decent but seems like the quality of staff differs. There's a younger guy there who really knows his stuff including dietaries and recommendations for vegans, which I really appreciate. The soy milk is top notch.

The quality of food has gone downhill. When I initially picked up my order, the food was cold. I went back and asked them to make it again. I was given the same food in less than a minute. The chicken tasted like it was cooked the night before and reheated in the microwave. The overall dish was not fresh. I felt sick eating it that I had to throw it away. Don't waste your money here.

I used to enjoy this place, but unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill. I ordered the "fresh" salmon, and it was anything but fresh, and I couldn't even finish it. I ended up tossing the entire meal, which was a complete waste of $20 (especially with the surcharge). I also tried the matcha soft serve, but it was overly sweet with barely any matcha flavour. Really disappointing all around. I won’t be coming back.
