Okami Japanese Restaurant (FRANKSTON)

Okami Frankston is a fantastic spot for Japanese cuisine. The all-you-can-eat menu offers fresh, flavorful dishes, and the sushi is beautifully prepared. DO NOT GO TO FRANKSTON. SAVE YOURSELF THE TERRIBLE SERVICE. We spent nearly $700 for a table of 12 and the complete lack of customer service. is appalling . we are regulars to okami resturants, and have to say that this was the WORST experience ever, you are better off travelling 10 more minutes to cranbourne who are great. The attached photo is just a sample of dirty dishes that were left on the table after asking for them to be removed 4 times, and the other end of the table dishes, only got moved after personally moving them to an empty table nearby. The staff here have no clue what is going on, drinks that were ordered never came, i personally went up to the register and asked for a drink that was ordered over 30 minutes before hand, and had it handed to me, food that was ordered never came, and food that was ordered once came multiple times. if I could honestly give service no stars I very much would! When mentioning to management about my dissatisfaction and concern, they really didn't care less, and excuse was we are just busy. this does NOT EXCUSE lack of customer service.and being to actually recieve what you order. hospitality is always busy! if this is the experience at frankston, I really do wonder how they are still in busy and I really hope for everyone's sake they are not in business much longer. AGAIN WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

First time we have visited and the 3 of us all loved it. We were booked in on a Friday night 7.30pm sitting. Food was yummy and the service was great as well. The 3 of us had the all you can eat menu and the food came out really quickly to our tables. We really liked the app ordering service which worked well. Great value for money. We will return again soon. Highly recommend.
