Food was average to good depending on your palette. Some flavour combinations you may not be expecting, definitely more fusion than what you'd expect to be Japanese. The tacos were probably the best dishes next to the ribs. Serving sizes are akin to having a set menu dinner so expect to order quite a number of dishes. Would I recommend it? Yeah to try out but it's not food (personally) I'd be craving often. Service was excellent, everything came out very quickly and the ingredients were definitely fresh especially the sea urchin.
Great alternative to nobu for sure! Still exxy but definitely an option if you want a cosier casual setting that doesn’t hurt your bank as much. Love their seafood tacos they are unreal. Wouldve loved to try their lobster rice but they said they had no more hmmm.
