Hakata Gensuke Carlton Tonkotsu Ramen (MELB NORTH WEST)

We had a pleasant dining experience over the weekend here. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine warmth—even the owner made us feel welcome with a friendly smile! The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. The ramen was rich, flavourful, and perfectly balanced—every slurp was a delight. The broth had deep, savory notes, and the noodles had just the right texture. We left feeling completely satisfied and can’t wait to return. Wishing the team all the best - this place truly deserves its good reputation! I recommend it! PS: Do follow them in social media, as there might a promotional events too.

Had the Signature Tonkotsu and was pleasantly surprised. While this is not the best I have had that I can remember, it is certainly good enough to want to keep coming back. The soup had the right texture and flavour and the ramen was cooked just right.

Decent lunch set. They can take a bit long but overall everything tasted pretty decent. I wouldn’t say it’s better than what I’ve had in Japan tho but the lunch set is worth the value!
