Ultimate Comfort Food! Great food and staff service!
My partner was looking for ramen online, but everything was closed and so we drove to Kingston for something else. We stumbled upon this place, which makes Ramen, and so we went in to try. Ramen was actually not that great as everything was cold, and by everything, I meant it. The bokchoy, corn, bamboo shoot, and the egg. Soup tasted like MSG, but the only good thing about it was the Char Siu. It's definitely a good piece of Char siu. I guess this was expected since this place was a sushi restaurant. On the other hand, I usually don't enjoy sushi, but this might be one of the best sushi I've ever had. I ordered the waygu and the eel nigiri and this was honestly so good. I may not come back for Ramen but will definitely come back for sushi !!
Monica is so lovely and the other staff are great also. I'm so happy that an awesome sushi train place has finally come to Kingston. There's a great selection of dishes which taste very nice, and it's been very busy every time I've seen it. Easy to use ipad or phone ordering system, free water and refills, and beautiful painting on the wall make for a great place to enjoy Sunday lunch. I've found my new fave local restaurant in Kingston to visit :D Will definitely have to come back with my whole family.
