Ginza Miyako Japanese Restaurant (SA FAR)

I recently dined at Ginza Miyako for their New Year's Eve dinner, and it was a fantastic experience. The menu had a great mix of both classic Japanese dishes and special items for the occasion. The All-You-Can-Eat option was a real highlight, offering top-quality ingredients like Wagyu beef hot pot, fresh sashimi-grade seafood, and a variety of sushi and main courses. The New Year’s Eve dinner set for two was also a great, featuring Alaskan king crab, spanner crab, and a seafood platter with clams, tiger prawns, mussels, squid, and fish fillets. The service was excellent. Alvin, the manager, was attentive and made sure everyone felt welcome. He checked in regularly, ensured the food was to our liking, and kept the atmosphere lively and relaxed. It's clear the staff is dedicated to making the experience enjoyable for guests. A big thank you to the chefs too, who managed to prepare everything to perfection, even with a busy night. Everything came out fresh and well-prepared. Overall, I had a wonderful time at Ginza Miyako. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was warm, definitely a great way to ring in the New Year.

The sashimi is incredibly fresh, with each slice melting in your mouth, while the wagyu is perfectly marbled and simply divine—grilled to perfection every time. The variety offered is impressive, and the attention to quality truly sets this place apart. On top of the amazing food, the service is impeccable. The staff is attentive, friendly, and always quick to ensure you have everything you need for the perfect dining experience.

Outstanding Japanese buffet with a vast array of sushi, sashimi, and hot dishes. Fresh ingredients, masterful preparation, and friendly service. Definitely a five-star experience that’s worth every penny. Highly recommend for an authentic taste of Japan!
