Ramen Tensho (CENTRAL QLD)

Amazing! I opted for the salt base, Spicy Ramen. The Ramen was cooked perfectly and the pork slices were very generous. The broth is rich and I prefer it that way. DELICIOUS. Staff are always friendly and the main chef, regardless of how busy he is, will always greet his customers and bye too.

My wife and I have been coming here for over a decade. We have tried many ramen shops over Brisbane and it is the only one to truly remind us of the taste of ramen back in Japan. The taste is amazing and the service is exceptional. People who have review bombed, don't understand the logistics of running a small ramen shop. Customer turnover is essential to run a profit and it is not a restaurant style where you can sit for hours and talk with friends. I've seen many people abuse the kaidama (extra noodles) system over the years, back when it was free. Charging for it now is a clear necessity with people thinking it is unlimited free noodles and also the wastage they would leave behind. We miss the old Genkotsu with its decor, but the food, taste and service has never dipped over the years. If you are after the most authentic tasting ramen in Brisbane, then I can guarantee that this is the place to go by a long shot! 🍜

The best ramen I've had outside Japan! The most tasty, filling, and wholesome bowl in bris. Their Negi-Miso ramen is top tier 🙇🏾‍♂️🙇🏾‍♂️ Don't listen to the other reviews about bad service, they are just doing as you do in a traditional style small seating Japanese restaurant. Nothing wrong at all!
