Okuman Karaage & Ramen Bar (BRIS CITY CNTRY)

The food was lovely, came for Easter Monday. Not too many people on a public holiday since there was a 15% service surcharge - which is standard. Had an easy QR-Code which allowed me to make payment and add what I wanted extremely easily. Got two ramens, a rice bowl with a miso soup and a lemon alcohol drink; for two people. Both dishes were really lovely and pleasant to finish. Service was amazing, and I would definitely come back to this place the next time I am in Brisbane. Highly recommended.

I actually went to order a take a away, then the lady gave me a QR code to scan to order the food. I scanned it and waited outside, the lovely young lady came outside and said "its so hot today sir, you may wait inside" and offered me a cold glass of water though the place was kinda busy. This is the sort of customer service that is worthy of the word "OUTSTANDING" I ended up having my lunch there and also enjoyed some sake. The food was absolutely delicious. (A bit small portion but so yummy) I would definitely be back. Great place, really

This is my second time dining here because the food’s taste and the freshness of the ingredients are truly exceptional. The service is outstanding, and all the staff provide excellent hospitality.
