You can really tell the effort put into the broth—the base for the lobster ramen and shrimp ramen was distinctly different. It was absolutely delicious, so the staff’s lack of smiles didn’t bother me at all. If I lived nearby, I’d probably visit at least once a week!
I ordered take away gyoza tonight 26/05. It turned out black at bottom and raw in the middle. I’m very concerned about potential food poisoning and hope the owner can read this and get contact with me . I felt the owner was not there today, the curry and prawn are all below its usual standard:(
12.3.2025 Visited for lunch with the elder lady managing the Ramen Shop. The Tonkotsu broth was delicious while the Prawn broth was less intense in flavour. Ramen was al dente and I was surprised by the generous serving of Cha Siu. Service is friendly and fast. Thank you. 🍜
