Hanaichi (CENTRAL QLD)

Food is very consistent throughout the years and is still packed at lunchtime with people doing takeaways. The chicken curry is one of the best seller. The food court is pretty empty and more than half the stalls are not open. This place helps account for half the foot traffic coming thru. Well worth a visit if you want something fast to eat or takeaway.

Located in a mostly deserted Wintergarden underground food court, Hanaichi was a quick predictable lunch that is still quite cheap given recent inflation. The curry I got though, was pretty bland. The rice was on the soggy side. Overall I would probably choose another place if I were to visit the same food court again.

Quick unassuming and cheap lunch location in the food court that delivers a real bang for your buck, although a little plain in terms of what is in the dish, you get what you pay for albeit with a great curry and crispy chicken.
