Absolutely delicious! Had their Hot Chili Tonkotsu Ramen and it was so good. Mind you, I had it takeaway and it was still good. I truly appreciate they packed the broth and ramen separately (cos some restaurants still do not). The ramen was cooked to perfection and the broth was not too salty. And their cheesecake is another level! Everything was just right👌🏻
A good little dish here , had their Pork Tonkotsu Deluxe. The noodles and broth, although much darker than what you would expect, were actually on the money .The eggs were also cooked perfectly, slightly under to make combining effortlessly simplistic. The pickled ginger really was the star of this dish, and without it it may have been your run of the mill. The pork was also cooked perfectly , and came apart with absolute ease. All in all a solid little dish if you are looking for something authentic 💙🙏
Quite busy but that's not always a bad thing, finally a place selling ramen with pepper and soy sauce available 👌🏻 unfortunately the eggs are just hard boiled eggs and come cold. The pork looks almost boiled but tastes nice enough for the price. Good place to have a quick meal with mates
