Oka Teppanyaki (DARWIN)

Frank was a fabulous host and José the chef is a master! We had a 5 course feast of fish that we had caught and it was cooked and prepared to perfection! Can’t recommend highly enough. You don't get this service and care back in Sydney!

It's a unique experience with table side food prep (and quite a show). You can pick two meats and the chef tosses and chops and flips it all on the table grill in front of you. He throws food your way, so be prepared to participate and be a good sport about it. The food itself is pretty good. The meal comes with fried rice and vegetables, salad and miso soup.

OMG - this place is amazing….OKA operate a catch and cook service for fresh fish you catch, and they served up seven of the most incredible fish dishes for amazing value per head _ sashimi, tempura, caramelised onion, teriyaki, steamed fish, and chilli fish, great value and great hosts/chef - was an outstanding experience, sadly not able to consume all the food in the end! Will return next time in Darwin for sure. make sure your fish is fresh and you have a group to enjoy - it’s a great experience.
