Tenkomori Chatswood (CHATSWOOD)

Average ramen. Small portions. We tried garlic tonkotsu chashu and fried chicken. Broth is nice although lacks depth and quality of the toppings are only ok (not that tender nor crispy. Orders are packed in a takeaway bowl by default which lessens the experience. This store doesn’t have the self serve fried section which is one of the best things about their city store.

Ramen is decent here not the best but not bad. Price is reasonable though $16 for a large ramen generous size. I’d like the tonkotsu brother thicker and deeper in flavour. The tonkotsu broth is on the lighter side

I ordered the small shoyu spicy garlic ramen for $14.90 at the Chatswood Chase location. It tasted very average and there was only one piece of thinly sliced pork. Didn't think much of it until later during the day I became very thirsty which alerted me to the fact that maybe msg or other flavour enhancements were used. I like the concept of choosing your size of ramen bowls from small, medium to large, but other than that, it was an average experience for me.
