Glenmore Park has one hell of a Gem for Ramen spot. As you walk in, it's simple. You other order from the screen or the QR code at your chosen table or counter seat. Huge Japan vibes, exactly how you order Ramen even in Tokyo or Osaka. 2 people running the place and cooking and prepping non stop. Food came out pretty quick and super fresh. Pork Gyoza was phenomenal, crispy and soft. Pork was super moist and bursting with flavour. Downed them all hot and quick. Now the main being the Tonkatsu Ramen set. Picked it with the fried rice on the side and it was the best decision ever. Ramen you can choose to have thin or thick noodles. House made too. My recommendation is to go thin, but that's up to you. It was phenomenal. The purest ramen classic done with the highest level of skill and execution. The broth was perfectly blended. Complemented the ingredients perfectly. The Chashu was melt in your mouth, smoky goodness. Nothing was left in the bowl, every drop was consumed. The fried rice was packing flavour and left us stuffed for the whole day. Absolutely satisfied. Sushi was fresh and great and makes a great choice as a side to go with your choice of Ramen. To say anything other than we can't wait to come back would be the understatement of the year. Highly recommended you give them a go and bring friends and family along to share the amazing food they're dishing out.
My second here at the wonderful ramen shop. Today we tried the chicken broth one, it's super tasty and we love it a lot. I definitely will come back again and again.
The best Ramen place around Penrith honestly! Sometimes it might take a while to get food if they are understaffed and it’s busy, but honestly that’s not the teams fault and they are trying their best! Love eating ramen from here! The Katsu chicken is also to die for!!
