  • Fantastic dinner! Staff know their menu very well! It was my partners first time trying high quality Japanese cuisine and the staff walked us through the whole set menu. Sake and wine selection was on point too! Would recommend to anyone willing to pay for a fancy dinner.

  • This exceptional Japanese restaurant offers impeccable service, an impressive menu, and a spacious, open kitchen. My chef's counter seat provided a unique perspective, and I observed the enthusiastic, if somewhat boisterous, greeting each new guest received from the entire kitchen staff.

  • Saké's extensive menu was one that we've been wanting to try for a while. Decided to go a la carte to get a wider selection. Highly recommend their signature hiramasa kingfish with hints of ponzu accompanied by a small kick of chilli, the tuna carparccio and wagyu tartares are perfectly seasoned and begging for another serving. We were also offered a duck tataki, which, I believe should be a permanent addition to the menu. For mains, we were recommended the popular miso glazed toothfish - perfectly cooked, sweet, crispy skinned with a flaky interior. We ordered the signature dragon egg dessert, super rich in chocolate though be warned it is a load of sweetness. Might recommend something refreshing after this as it did feel a bit heavy. The only dish that we thought was a bit too much was the popcorn shrimp - the tempura coating was a bit too oily and made it feel too filling. Also, thank you Kelvin for the wonderful service, attentiveness and experience.
