Got my pork ramen today at Rumble the star. The female staff greeted us with a warm smile and courtesy. Food is sublime. Pork is made to be tender yet remains intact and the dish is added with perfect egg yolk. I ate up everything. The broth is beautiful, not too salty like other places I went to. The spoon also has some interesting little engrave, and lighting is sleek. 5 star for the perfect experience and definitely will come back for some rice dish next time
The staff here are friendly. It's the best ramen I've had in Sydney. The pork is big and tender, and the broth has a clean taste. I'd like to come back again.
Great location. They have many noodles in the boiling, ready to go. I got the wagyu ramen and the wagyu was cooked to perfection. Staff was friendly and they have other small dishes too. And Japanese beer. Great to have with friends or after work dinner where you get to sit in the "bar area" and watch them make your ramen.
