Very yummy, large portions of bouncy soba noodles and perfectly crispy chicken katsu. The ice block in the soba choko was a nice touch and the whole thing was very nicely balanced in flavour and fragrant :). Been determined to go since I saw it on Instagram so I was very willing to pay. Most of ramen was just under $20 so it was a bit pricey but I think for Japanese food in Sydney it was pretty average in price especially cuz it was so big. Went on a lightly rainy day so the ambience was very nice.
It was my first time here and I’ll definitely be coming back! I ordered the chicken yakitori, and it was absolutely delicious the teriyaki sauce paired perfectly with the tender chicken. I also tried the chicken katsu, which was super crispy on the outside and juicy inside, especially tasty with the dipping sauce. For my ramen, I chose the tantanmen rich, flavorful, and very satisfying. Overall, a great experience with tasty dishes and good portions. Highly recommend!
I really love the whole experience from the amazing ramen. You have to try them out. Their broth is simply sensational. My absolute fav is their crab ramen and original tonkatsu. So rich and flavourful.
