Ramen IPPUDO Westfield Sydney (ALEXANDRIA DF)

I had a great lunch at Ippudo! The ramen was absolutely delicious – I ordered the Special Karaka-Men and the broth was rich, creamy, and perfectly spicy. The pork chashu was tender and flavorful, and the seasoned egg was cooked perfectly. The spicy miso and garlic oil added such a satisfying depth to the soup. We also had the salmon sushi rolls (lightly torched and topped with tobiko and cucumber) – they looked amazing and tasted even better. The gyoza was crisp and juicy, served with a dab of wasabi that added a great punch. Service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A great place for a satisfying lunch – I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very good experience while dining in. Tried their Tori Shoyu Ramen and Akamaru Ramen and Takoyaki which was flavourful along with soft serve ice cream was satisfying. I ordered a take away Shiromaru Ramen, packaged very thoughtfully (broth, ingredients and noodle were in seperate containers). Broth was very salty, couldn’t continue after few tries. If only they fix the broth, they could rate more higher.

Ippudo in Sydney delivers an authentic Japanese ramen experience with rich, flavorful broths and perfectly cooked noodles. Their signature Akamaru ramen is a standout, while the pork buns and crispy karaage chicken make great sides. The service is friendly and efficient, and the ambiance is modern yet cozy. Though slightly pricey for ramen, the quality and taste make it worth it. A must-visit for ramen lovers!
