3.5/5 Good variety and you’re able to choose the soup for most ramens. The tonkotsu soup was pretty rich and tasty. The chashu and bamboo shoot toppings were really good. The noodle has a bit of an alkaline after taste which I was not a fan of. Reasonably priced and has a good chill casual vibe.
I had the basic ramen here, and it was really good! The broth was rich and flavorful, with just the right balance of depth. The noodles were perfectly cooked, with a nice chewy texture, and the toppings were fresh and complemented the dish well.
Very good ramen in Glebe. Flavour is good and you get to choose from thin or thick noodles.
