Had a fantastic meal. Started with karaage chicken, prawn gyoza, agadashi tofu and salmon nachos, really well done with lotus root chips. The rolls were amazing, the salmon melted in your mouth. The ginger pork was flavourful, the ramen had a nice deep tasty broth, the curry generous with sauce. Fast and friendly service.
Always a good idea to have some ramen on a rainy night! Our first dining experience here was lovely - restaurant was chic and appealing, staff were nice and helpful and the food was above average considering the fair price relative to other Japanese restaurants. We tried the corn tempura, karaage chicken, Tantanmen ramen and the butter ramen with scallops (it was on the Chef’s special menu and was delicious!). The regular ramen dishes were priced quite reasonably, while the butter ramen special was quite steep, but I think worth the price. Just disappointed that they removed the pork belly from the menu which I had planned on ordering! But will be back for the other tasty offerings! Hopefully the sushi is good!
Had a lovely dinner here, not too expensive but still such a lovely spot. Quiet and intimate, and yummy Japanese food. The vegetarian ramen was not a stand out but it still filled me up. Karage was delish!!
