Manpuku Kingsford (HUNTER)

One of my favourite ramen spots in Sydney - their spicy version is loaded with flavour and I love their takoyaki. Place gets quite busy so recommend coming for an early dinner as it’s not too big!

I just had the classic pork tonkotsu shoyu ramen, and it was amazing! It was unexpectedly creamy (see the picture) and rich in flavor. I shared it with my daughter, who is a ramen critic, and she rated it a perfect 10/10 for flavor and complexity. I highly recommend this ramen place!

Guyssss not sure if anyone is same as me that sometimes feel like ramen is a bit too oily and thick, and would prefer a lighter version instead? 🤌🏻 Recently visited @manpuku_kingsford and tried their “SHIO CORIANDER” and I fall in love after one bite🥹 the soup base was light and refreshing, made with salt-based chicken broth with Yuzu citrus flavour🥹 it’s just so comforting! it’s my type of ramen —— you wouldn’t feel guilty after having two bowls. 🍜💞 also love that it was topped with many toppings: chashu pork belly, blanched bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, shallots, coriander, nitamago marinated egg 🤌🏻 Ofcourse if you’d like to go for sth classic, their signature LONG NAME Ramen is the authentic taste that you’ve always wanted ✨ classic soy based pork broth that’s rich, creamy and flavourful. ❤️‍🔥 What we ordered: ✨ 🌟SHIO CORIANDER $25 🌟KONO DEAINI KANSHASHITE AIJOU TO JONETSU KOMETE ISSHOUKENME!
