  • Went here for lunch, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. We ordered the Tsukemen Ramen, but the noodles were overcooked—soft and lacking the firm, springy texture that’s essential for a good tsukemen, especially since they’re served dry. The dipping broth was unusually tangy, almost sour, which threw off the balance of the dish. At $20.90 a bowl, I was hoping for something more refined. Service was fine, and the place was clean, but the food just didn’t quite hit the mark.

  • It was a rainy day and we were craving ramen. Didn't know what to expect as it was our first visit. The staff were welcoming and happily explained their menu. They really made us feel comfortable and welcoming. We placed our order and honestly the food was fantastic. The ramen was flavourful and the protein was perfectly cooked. Chicken based broth to a whole new level really. The octopus Karaage was perfectly cooked and crunchy. The Takoyaki were melt in your mouth umami bombs. Loved every bit of them. Reasonably priced, great service and generous serving sizes. Would definitely come back again the next time we're in Bondi. If you're a local you definitely need to give them a go.

  • $20 for a single piece of chashu and 1/2 an egg, tonkotsu ramen. It’s a rip-off! Have eaten much better ramen elsewhere. The karaage chicken was coated in a sugary sweet sauce.
