Muku Ramen Bar (CANBERRA)

Had another fantastic dinner at Muku Ramen Bar! I’ve been here before, and the service is always excellent—welcoming staff and great hospitality. The food was great as always. We started with the Popcorn Zangi and Grandma’s Mochi Cheese Potato—both packed with flavour and perfect for sharing. For mains, I had the Sapporo Miso Tantan Ramen with added mushrooms, which was rich, creamy, and deeply satisfying. My friend had the Hakodate Zen Ramen, which had a beautiful balance of citrusy yuzu and umami broth. To top it off, we enjoyed a couple of Sapporo Premium Lagers on tap—crisp, refreshing, and the perfect pairing for the meal. I highly recommend making an online reservation beforehand, as they can get quite busy—obviously a very popular spot! Muku never disappoints. Highly recommend for ramen lovers in Canberra!

This Japanese Ramen restaurant has to be one of the hidden gems of Canberra and is only 5 minutes from our house. Delicious vegetarian ramen main dishes, some tasty side dishes and a wide variety of drinks to choose from plus friendly and quick service makes dining in this restaurant a pleasant experience. I would suggest making a booking though to avoid disappointment as the restaurant gets very busy.
