Ikigai Ramen (CANBERRA)

Visited Ikigai Ramen and tried their Protein Ramen — it was really satisfying! The broth was rich and flavorful, and the toppings were generous and well-balanced. A great option if you’re looking for something hearty but still protein-focused. Also tried the beef rice bowl. It was okay — the beef was a little too salty for my taste, but the portion was decent. The atmosphere was casual and cozy, with friendly service and quick turnaround. Would definitely come back to try other options on the menu!

Big ramen restaurant with a neat vibe. Not a typical strip ramen restaurant with cheap ramen, but a sit down order and talk kinda place. The ramen broths are on the lighter side with developed and subtle flavours. Noodles are thin and soft cooked. Toppings are standard. Some interesting options for the ramen.

I love their ramen. The noodles has a perfect texture (although I know this is pretty subjective) and the broth is well-seasoned. The location is convenient. The ambience inside is very relaxing. Service is great! Closing late is a plus when it’s difficult to find decent food after a late shift. 👏🏻
