  • Loved this restaurant. Fabulous service. Waitress explained the menu to us and offered advise as to our dietary requirements. Waitress also took time to locate a vegan wine which was very helpful. Vegan ramen was very good. Loved the interior which looks like an industrial building.

  • Thoroughly enjoy eating here, the food is delicious, well priced, and cooked to perfection every time, the atmosphere is buzzing yet quiet, and it's fun to watch the chefs hard at work. The staff are attentive and it's a nice feeling to be greeted personally, like a friend, the extensive drinks menu could cause selection anxiety, but the sommelier is very helpful, and the cocktails are sublime.

  • What a wonderful place. The food is fantastic - and while some of it is a little on the pricy side at first glance, this is top quality stuff and the service is excellent. Hokkaido Hotate is a single scallop served in the shell with a wonderful sauce. Seems expensive at $13 but once you start to eat it, wow!!!!! Dan Dan Egg is probably best described as a scotch egg but with a spicy pork mince covering and an extremely thin crump crust. It comes with pickled radish and mayonnaise. The pork mince is fairly spicy but when all the components are eaten together, most people would find this OK. Really tasty. $16 for that one. Wagyu Katsu Sando is basically a piece of wagyu stake, crumbed and cooked to perfection in thick white bread and cut into 6 cubes. At $35 and almost $6 for a large bite size, again seems over the top price wise but the steak is so tender and the taste incredibly subtle. Don't be scared by the price for what amounts to a simple "steak sandwich". Stunning and doesn't taste anything how you would imagine a steak sandwich should. The Charred Pork Belly rice bowl is good value at $23. This is a full meal in itself with super tender and marinated charred pork belly, with a mushroom mince ball, noodles with chilly powder, a half a pickled egg, beans, spring onion, and rice. I have probably missed some components. Not into alcohol drinks but they have outstanding Strangelove low calorie sodas. Highly recommended. The service was outstanding, the staff very helpful. This is a delightful place for a meal. Cost was $104 for 2 people for 3 entre "bar snacks" and a main bowl. Plenty of food for 2 people to share.
