A small local restaurant, cute decor and casual vibes. The food are affordable and I think the quality match it. The ramen broth is on the lighter side compared to to traditional ramen, we didn’t really like the karaage. However, we really like the tsukemen, the broth was rich and flavorful contrast with the cool noodle and the tacoyaki had generous octopus filling.
I have been looking for a perfect Japanese restaurant for a long time, and I will say that here is the one. Excellent food brings me back to Japan and is cheap; the Yozu Chicken Ramen is my favourite. Tastes the same as Tokyo. The fried chicken is also good; it is very juicy. If you live in this area, please try this restaurant!
A disappointing experience. Black garlic tonkotsu. Like others have said, there was one small sliver of chashu, the noodles were a limp soggy mess, broth was one dimensional and lacked any flavour. Thanks god I ordered the over cooked karaage for added protein. Such a shame, particularly in this day and age when small businesses have to go over and beyond to satisfy and please customers to create return customers. This business won’t last a year.
