We were there early, just after 5pm and able to have seats. Queued to place order and our orders were ready in 15mins and self collection at the same counter. The broth was thick and tasty. The spare rib was large and very nice.
Pretty rich and fatty, but in a good way. The broth had great depth of flavor, and they were very generous with the meat-crispy on the outside, tender inside. A bit heavy if you’re not used to this style, but definitely satisfying. Worth trying if you’re craving something bold and hearty.
Came here for the ramen, but I'd come back for the meat. I was really looking forward to the ramen, but the flavour was a bit underwhelming. The meat, however, was outstanding. The skewer was tender, fatty, and succulent with a rich, sticky Asian BBQ flavour. The mini sparerib was nommylicious—I was worried it might be dry, but it was both crispy and juicy. I also appreciated the care they put into accommodating different preferences, with a topping station and thoughtful options like adjustable soup thickness. They did forget part of my order, but were quick and friendly in resolving it when I brought it up.
