Wow, really high quality sushi and food in general. The Aburi ocean trout nigiri was phenomenal. Scallop nigiri also excellent. We also got their signature hot pot and everything was super fresh - the meats, the prawns, scallops, etc. Shrimp tempura also fantastic. We also ordered a beef teriyaki for a non-seafood eater and he was very pleased. No pic of the nigiri bc I inhaled them.

After living in Osaka Japan for 4 years, I can’t tell you how happy I am to have this eating experience in my life! It is exactly what you’d expect from any of the restaurants you’d find anywhere in Osaka, from the Hole in the wall Mum and Dad run restaurants to the high class 5 Star eating experienced, the Itoshin experience is stepping back to the land of the rising sun without leaving the Gold Coast! It is my go to place whenever we miss Japan, which is often. Thank you and don’t ever change what you guys do.
