This is a cosy dim-lit Japanese restaurant located in Northbridge. They have plenty of share plate style dishes to choose from. We ordered the Nori Tacos which were amazing - the salmon belly was so soft and juicy. Miso Toothfish was also nice and delicate to eat - the flavour of the miso was well immersed through each bite. The Kingfish Carpaccio was probably the favourite dish here. Perfect place for group settings or even a date night. Service and atmosphere was top notch.
I had the poke bowl. Wow… the texture of the rice was amazing. This was also one of the very few meals I’ve had where I didn’t have to add salt/sauces. The flavours were perfectly balanced. If you don’t want to wait 15mins for food, just remember that hunger is the best spice. 10/10 totally recommend!
