For $29 sandwich they used the really cheap cut of Wagyu, which I would be happy to get a regular better cut steak instead. It ended up having a lot of silver skins which wasn't pleasant to eat. Outside the steak was overcooked, inside was undercooked, there's no transition. Overall it was a bit letdown, we had high hopes from reading the review but maybe we got a bad one.
Very expensive sandwiches but worth the try for a once off so I really enjoyed it here. The service here was also really good, they accommodated and recommended some options even tho I ordered everything and was a great try. Didn’t get to try the Wagyu sandwich but will be back to try that eventually. Very simple but good.
