Good to finally have an authentic ramen place in Adelaide, since the last one closed down. My favourite is the Niboshi ramen. Tonkotsu is amazing too. Broth has great depth of flavour, and is clearly made with tradition and care. Not too salty, not too light. The egg is so perfectly seasoned. Portion size was just right. Thankfully quite generous with noodles. Staff were lovely. Owner is so nice. Chef was actually Japanese (he came out for a bit). Thank you Yuuka for your friendly smile, and kindly taking care of us!
I like the shio broth that is light and tasty. Noodles portion is normal. Egg and chashu cooked to perfection. Atmosphere is good friendly staff. Just one question if Gogo noodles see this, only half an egg was in my ramen but other people’s photo have 2 halves is that correct?
The best ramen I’ve ever had in Adelaide. The broth is amazing and the noodles were cooked to perfection. Love the anime tunes playing in the background too. Haven’t been to Japan yet but based on how all my friends comment how the ramen tastes over there, this would be incredibly similar. Will definitely be back
