Amherst Sushi – Mount Hawthorn (STIRLING)

We have visited Amherst a few times, and every visit has been amazing! Their sushi and udon are truly outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and authentic. My favor is Prawn Katsu – Crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The Tempura Prawn Sushi – Light, crispy, and full of flavor. There are several other sushi options that were just as incredible! The taste is authentic Japanese, and the freshness is top-notch. One day we ended up ordering a bit too much, but even after keeping it in the fridge overnight, it still tasted great the next day. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality Japanese food!

A few months ago, I dropped by this spot and had such a great time. The food slapped — especially the teriyaki beef, which was cooked by a young dude working there. Not gonna lie, he was super chill, dressed sharp, and honestly kinda a stunner. His vibe was on point, and he played some really cool tracks that totally set the mood. Lately, the music’s switched to more mellow background stuff — still cozy, but we low-key miss the old vibe. Still, solid place with good food and good energy
