The staff were friendly and took orders efficiently. I ordered a bowl of the signature tonkotsu ramen. The broth was rich and flavorful, with a subtle bone aroma and a deep, satisfying taste. The noodles were firm and chewy, perfectly paired with a soft-boiled egg, tender chashu pork, and wood ear mushrooms. Everything was delicious. The side ingredients were also fresh and well-seasoned.
