It was my first time to dine at Sushi Train, and the overall experience was great! The sushi is rich in variety, the ingredients are fresh, and the price-performance ratio is very high, which is suitable for friends to dine together or to have a relaxing meal alone. I would like to especially praise a male waiter with glasses I met today. He is really considerate and professional! Not only does he have a very good service attitude, but he also introduced the dishes to me very carefully. Seeing that I came alone, he also chatted with me enthusiastically for a few words, which made me feel very warm. He always had a smile on his face and was very patient during the service process. The whole dining atmosphere was very pleasant because of him. Everyone here was nice. Nice environment and music It is rare to encounter such sincere and impressive service now! I strongly recommend this Sushi Train, not only because it is delicious, but also because there are excellent employees like him here, which makes people want to come again and again.
Okay food here. Service was quick. Sushi train has two prices $5.90 (premium) or $4.90 (normal). I said the food was "okay", nothing special. But that's may be because I just came back from Japan
Good not spectacular sushi but quite acceptable. The only real issue I had was the service. No recognition or greeting on arrival, no assistance with special orders or drinks, no interaction with us while eating whatsoever. And fairly disinterested collection of our payment and farewell. Shame because the food was generally ok and in our experience Japanese sushi trains usually exude enthusiasm. Easy fix for management if they listening.
