Muso Ramen North Coast (GOLD COAST)

Best ramen on the Gold Coast. Been going here since the very beginning and always loved the atmosphere. The staff have always been friendly and polite. I would 100% recommend this place.

Jan-2025: tried Miso Ramen for the first time this evening. It was packed, so best to make a booking. The music was far too loud, and we requested for it to be turned down. Although, as the small room filled up with diners, the loudness level of talking soon outdid the music. The karaage chicken entree was perfect (original one). My partner loved his ramen meal - the Special Ramen of the Month. My Tokyo Truffle ramen dish was ok - pleasant, although I cannot rave about it. The beer special was nice; sadly, no good wine as the focus is on Japanese whiskeys, sake, and some beers. I guess that's fair enough. We found it a tad on the pricey side, with one small entree dish, 2 Ramen dishes, one beer and one glass of mediocre wine coming to $100. On the next visit I'll try a non-Ramen dish.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the ingredients used were top quality, I got the Tokyo dish and my partner got the vegetarian. the vegetarian dish was a little light on ingredients unfortunately and there seemed to be a lack of condiments. It was raining when we dined here (the rain is what initially inspired our ramen adventure) and we opted to sit outside where we were separated from the atmosphere of the rest of the establishment due to the doors being closed. Overall a really enjoyable experience 🙏
