Muso Ramen And Gyoza Bar Robina (GOLD COAST)

Descent authentic ramen but both the tonkatsu and shoyu were overly sweet for me. I also initially thought the price was very reasonable however portions are also smaller than other ramen places.

I visited this ramen shop and ordered the tonkotsu ramen. The noodles were perfectly chewy and delicious, just how I like them. The appearance of the ramen was exactly as shown in other reviews, which was reassuring. What really stood out was how friendly and helpful the counter staff were. However, I noticed that the quality of the chashu has changed a bit. It wasn’t quite the same as before. The portion size also seems to have gotten smaller, but I guess that’s becoming common in many restaurants these days. Overall, it was still a satisfying meal, but I miss the larger portions and the previous quality of the chashu.

Ramen experience in food court but was soooo good. Very tasty ramen. We got spicy miso ramen and black miso ramen. The noodle was chewy. The soup was not too salty and the pork was grilled nicely done. Nil redness left on the meat like some of the ramen restaurants I went before. It was run by Japanese people. Highly recommend to try.
