Ramen IPPUDO Macquarie Centre (ALEXANDRIA DF)

Had an amazing experience at Ippudo! We sat in front of the open kitchen and were greeted by one of the chefs, a gentleman with glasses, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He took the time to recommend dishes based on our preferences, and his enthusiasm for the food was contagious. The ramen was absolutely delicious, but the highlight of our visit was the warm hospitality. It’s rare to find such genuine service, and it made our meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommend dining here—not just for the food, but for the wonderful people behind the counter!

We went to the ippudo at macquire centre . Firstly, only three customers there including us and but longer wait (still acceptable). However , the attitudeby the cook was very unprofessional (no smiling, dropping things very loudly ) and on top of that the taste of the foods are terrible , very oily and some parts of the beef tongue look not properly cook or not clean properly. Terrible taste with horrible service ever. Not recommend (no wonder the place so quite due to the staff unprofessional attitude).

After several time i come here, i finally had the chance to write a review! They just released new menu called Chilled Tantan Men (chicken). I love it! (They also said i was the first customer to order it!). Freshness of cold noodle in summer + tanginess of the soup, reminds me of laksa, but japanese style. Lovely taste and my bowl was clean when I finished it. My friend ordered zero ramen special lunch package and he loved it too. I also ordered hojicha and matcha ice cream, but i think it’s a bit too sweet for both me and my friend.
