This small ramen shop is tucked away from the busier Kings Cross strip. They have ramen dishes and also some side/starter dishes which one should consider. The ramen was very good, nice umami flavour with the rich broth, and the accompaniments are equally good. The bavette steak is a hidden gem on the menu. It was a very good steak, perfectly cooked with a nice sear. The sauce is full of flavour and the shredded fried potato is so nice with the steak. Overall an excellent ramen joint!
I loved this. My first time having actual ramen instead of the instant stuff and I'm glad it was here. The chicken was so tender and juicy it was heaven, it was art in a bowl. We got the chicken ramen, shiitake ramen, and chicken karaage which made my partner and I stop talking completely. we just sat in silence with our minds blown by how amazing it was. You honestly couldn't go wrong with this place. Staff were lovely, the restaurant itself was small but incredibly well laid out with a wonderful atmosphere, and the food was to die for.
The tofu ramen is rich and creamy, and the prawn toast is fun and delicious. the vibe is relaxed and welcoming, with genuinely lovely service. It’s walk-in only, so expect a bit of a wait at peak times, but it’s absolutely worth it.
