Cool place for ramen with the surprising sounds of motorbikes being overhauled acting as your favourite white noise. The ramen (light broth) had a powerful smoky flavour; if you enjoy that, it was a great bowl.
Had an amazing time at Rising Sun Workshop in Newtown. The ramen had such a yummy flavour, especially the Darkness Ramen, hit the spot with its umami taste and the noodles had the perfect texture. Toppings were fresh and generous too. Oliver (manager) was incredibly warm and welcoming, making our visit even more enjoyable. The laid-back vibe of the place added to the whole experience. Highly recommend if you're in the area and craving some seriously good ramen!
I had The Light- great tastes and textures. So good. Every element was a delight. Pork was very tender and just the right amount of salty. Subtle intriguing flavours in the broth. Come, you won't regret it.
