Gyukatsu set that I have to grill it myself was fabulous. The meat was insane quality with the right marinade multiple how good the food taste. Even though it a bit pricy but still it worth ever dollar. The porkkatsu curry was ok. The porkkatsu itself is great but the curry was a bit disappoint me. It is too watery, I expect it to be more thick. Still it is good enough to earn the 5 Star review.
Good, reasonably priced karaage curry. The karaage was juicy and crispy, and the curry to rice ratio was practically perfect for me which is rare. Curry wasn’t anything too special, but still tasty, a bit watery though. I do wish it came with some pickled radish. Food was served in roughly 15 minutes.
Visited for the first time tonight. Ordered the classic chicken katsu with curry. Chicken was crumbed and cooked to perfection. Well done! Curry is more savoury and less sweet than what you'd usually find in Melbourne. I wouldn't consider that to be a negative, perhaps just a variation. I prefer a touch more sweetness, but I am Malaysian and we love sweet mains. Price is reasonable for the area but wouldn't call cheap. Worth giving a go!
